Purpose of the Fair Use Policy
The Fair Use Policy ensures the integrity, availability, and performance of our networks and servers so that all customers can have an optimal experience. Bandwidth Usage
1.1 Reasonable Use: You may use the available bandwidth of your VPS or Game Server within reasonable limits for regular service use. This includes supporting your website, applications, email traffic, and other legitimate purposes.
1.2 Excessive Use: Excessive bandwidth use that may adversely affect other users is prohibited, as further described in clause 4.2.
1.3 This Fair Use Policy (FUP) applies only to outgoing data consumption; incoming traffic is always unmetered and free of charge.
Monitoring of Fair Use Policy
2.1 Monitoring: We reserve the right to monitor the data usage of your VPS or Game Server to ensure compliance with this FUP.
2.2 Action for Breach: In the event of a breach of this FUP, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to:
- Limiting the bandwidth of the offending service to protect other users.
- Taking corrective measures to reduce the impact on network performance.
- Suspending or terminating the service(s) provided.
Communication and Transparency
3.1 Communication: We will make every effort to discuss any data usage issues with you before taking action. We encourage open communication and are ready to address any questions or concerns.
3.2 Transparency: Below is a transparent description of the allowed consumption per service.
VPS (Virtual Private Servers):
- 25TB Bandwith
Game Servers:
- The fair-use policy of the storage is based on the amount of memory allocated multiplied by 5.
- A Game Server may use up to a maximum of 2 CPU cores.
Please note: This Fair Use Policy is a guideline and is subject to change or addition. We will always provide 30 days' written notice of any changes.
